Miranda Dempster resides with her family in Brooklyn, New York, and has been a resident of NYC since graduating from university in her country of birth, New Zealand, in 1993. After a 20 year post college working vacation that never ended, and some back and forth across the globe, she finally committed 100% to New York City in 2011 (finally becoming a US citizen in order to vote in the 2012 presidential election). When she is not designing systems for organizing digital worlds, she is world building in her immediate environment, whether that is her backyard garden, or her kids lunchbox.
